Science Act

Introduction
Science Act is an international, peer-reviewed, multidisciplinary journal that publishes original and significant advances across all fields of science, technology, engineering, and medicine. It is indexed and abstracted in leading databases including Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE), Scopus, PubMed, Google Scholar, Chemical Abstracts, Ei Compendex, Inspec, Biological Abstracts, and others.
Criteria for Publication
Submissions to Science Act must satisfy the following criteria:

Originality and creativity in addressing a scientific problem

Substantial scientific impact and significance

Broad interdisciplinary interest

Sound methodological and analytical approach
Editorial and Review Policy
Science Act operates a rigorous peer-review system, adhering to the highest ethical and scientific standards. All submissions are initially screened by scientific editors for scope, novelty, and quality. Approximately 10% of all submissions are accepted annually.
Initial Screening:
Submissions are reviewed within 3–5 business days. Manuscripts deemed out of scope or lacking potential impact are returned without full review.
Peer Review:
Manuscripts that pass initial screening are assigned to an Associate Editor and typically sent to two or more qualified external reviewers. A decision is usually rendered within 10 days.
Fast-Track:
Submissions of exceptional urgency or groundbreaking significance may qualify for Fast-Track review and publication, at the discretion of the editors.

Ethical Guidelines
Science Act adheres to the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) standards. Authors must include in their cover letter the following statement:
“I have read and have abided by the statement of ethical standards for manuscripts submitted to Science Act.”
Human and Animal Research

Human studies must follow the Declaration of Helsinki and obtain IRB approval.

Animal studies must comply with ARRIVE guidelines.

Clinical trials must follow CONSORT; systematic reviews must comply with PRISMA.
Conflict of Interest
All potential conflicts must be disclosed using the provided template at submission. If none exist, state:
“Conflict of interest: The authors declare that they have no conflict of interest.”
AI Usage Declaration
If generative AI tools were used in writing, authors must declare:
“During the preparation of this work, the author(s) used [tool name] to [purpose]. After use, the author(s) reviewed and edited the content and take full responsibility for its accuracy.”

Data Availability
Include a statement at the end of the manuscript detailing where and how the data supporting the results can be accessed. Example:
"Data supporting the findings of this study are available from [repository/database], accession number [ID]."
Proofs
Page proofs will be sent via email for final correction. Major changes post-acceptance are discouraged.

Plagiarism checking
Science Act upholds the highest standards of academic integrity. All submitted manuscripts undergo rigorous plagiarism screening using advanced detection software such as iThenticate. We evaluate similarity reports carefully, allowing only acceptable overlap for technical terms, references, and standard methodology descriptions. Any form of plagiarism, including text copying, data misuse, image duplication, or self-plagiarism, is strictly prohibited. Manuscripts with excessive similarity are returned for revision or rejected outright. In cases of serious misconduct, authors’ institutions may be notified. By ensuring originality in all published works, Science Act protects the credibility of research and fosters trust within the global scholarly community.
Repository Policy
Authors of Science Act may deposit any version of their manuscript — submitted, accepted, or published — in institutional, subject-based, or personal repositories of their choice, including platforms such as ResearchGate, without embargo. Deposited versions must include proper citation and a link to the official publication on the journal’s website.
Inclusive Language
Science Act encourages respectful, bias-free, and inclusive language. Authors must avoid stereotypes and cultural insensitivity. Gender-neutral terms and plural pronouns are recommended.
